1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baeevip ("baeevip", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the baeevip online casino and sports betting platform located at baeevip.net and any associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, or platform features (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a baeevip account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the baeevip Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.

• You have not previously had a baeevip account closed for violation of these Terms.

baeevip reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by baeevip may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Parents and guardians are advised to take appropriate measures — including the use of parental control software — to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms on shared or family devices.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of features on the baeevip Platform, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must register a valid player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with responsible gaming obligations and internal compliance standards, baeevip requires all accounts to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to submit clear copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number and name). baeevip may also request a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. 3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active baeevip account. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or returned pending verification.

4.5 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. baeevip reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after written notification has been sent to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in, at which point the dormancy fee ceases to apply. No dormancy fee will reduce an account balance below zero.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

baeevip offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets, maximum bet per round while bonus funds are active, and expiry date — which are displayed in full at the point of opt-in and within the Promotions section of your account dashboard.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the baeevip bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to collectively abuse a promotion — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. baeevip reserves the right to void the offending bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and permanently close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

5.4 Promotional Changes

baeevip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including during an active promotional period, with reasonable notice where practicable. Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket tournaments (BPL, T20 World Cup), national holidays such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) are time-limited and subject to their own eligibility criteria published at launch.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the baeevip Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from all prohibited conduct described below.

6.1 Player Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and during any KYC verification process.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential at all times.
• Notify baeevip promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
• Use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only and not for any commercial purpose.
• Cooperate fully with any reasonable request from baeevip's compliance or verification teams.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baeevip Platform:

• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way that creates an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained sources.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the baeevip Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or baeevip staff members via any communication channel on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical malfunctions to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the baeevip Platform — including but not limited to the baeevip brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software interfaces, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and all other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of baeevip or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baeevip Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the baeevip Platform or its content without prior written consent from baeevip. Any unauthorised use of baeevip intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

All third-party game studio names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the baeevip Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform pursuant to valid commercial licensing agreements between baeevip and those studios.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your baeevip account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following KYC verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Closure

If you request account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the closure will be processed immediately and permanently for the duration you select (ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion). 8.3 Closure by baeevip

• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Confirmed underage gambling or ineligibility of the account holder.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Repeated or severe bonus abuse.
• Regulatory or compliance requirement necessitating account closure.

In the event of closure for a breach of these Terms, baeevip reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed following a compliance investigation, baeevip may be required to retain associated account records for a legally prescribed period before returning any remaining balance.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination for any reason, your licence to access the baeevip Platform is immediately revoked. Any outstanding obligations you owe to baeevip under these Terms — including repayment of any negative balance, cooperation with an ongoing investigation, or compliance with a regulatory requirement — survive the termination of your account and remain binding.
